Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy applies to all services offered by Kashish Chugh. By booking any service you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this carefully before confirming your booking.

Individual therapy session

I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged at the full session rate. No-shows without prior notice will be charged at the full session rate. Current session fees are listed on the therapy page of this website.

The cancellation fee reflects the time reserved for you that cannot be offered to another client at short notice. I understand that emergencies happen and will always consider genuine circumstances on a case by case basis.

Intake session

The intake session is subject to the same 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your intake session with less than 48 hours notice the session fee may be charged.

Bloom Club

The initial commitment payment, as listed on the Bloom Club page, is non-refundable. It covers your deep-dive diagnostic session and written report regardless of whether you choose to continue with the full program.

The remaining balance is due within 24 to 48 hours of your deep-dive session if you choose to continue. If you choose not to continue after the deep-dive session the remaining balance is not charged.

Once the full program has commenced refunds are not available for change of mind. If exceptional circumstances arise please contact me directly and I will consider your situation individually.

Tarot readings

Tarot readings are paid in advance at the rate listed on the tarot page of this website. If you need to reschedule please contact me with adequate notice and I will do my best to accommodate you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for rescheduling. Payments for tarot readings are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

PAUSE Club and retreats

Retreat bookings are subject to specific terms shared at the time of booking. Please read these carefully before confirming your place. Retreat deposits may be non-refundable depending on the terms of the specific retreat. All terms will be clearly communicated before any payment is required.

Workshops

Workshop bookings for organisations require a minimum of 14 days notice to cancel without charge. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date may be charged at 50% of the agreed fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may be charged at the full fee. Workshop fees are agreed in writing before the session is confirmed.

How to cancel or reschedule

To cancel or reschedule any booking please contact me directly at hello@kashishchugh.com or through your preferred contact method as agreed at the time of booking. Please do not rely on cancelling through a booking system alone without confirming directly with me.

Exceptional circumstances

I understand that life is unpredictable. If you are facing a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances please reach out and we will find a solution together. This policy exists to protect both of our time, not to create unnecessary hardship.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update. Bookings made before any update are subject to the policy in place at the time of booking.
