Individual Therapy
Therapy at your pace. Private, steady, real.
Sometimes you do not need advice. You need someone to help you hear yourself. That is what therapy is for. One-to-one, confidential sessions to slow down, make sense of what you are carrying, and find steadier ground. We start wherever you are. No pressure to arrive with answers.
Is this right for you?
Therapy is for anyone ready to understand themselves more clearly.
You do not need to be in crisis. You do not need a diagnosis. People come to me carrying all kinds of things. Some know exactly what they want to work on. Others just know something needs to shift. Both are completely fine places to start.

Free 20-minute call
Not sure if therapy is right for you or if we are a good fit? We have a free 20-minute call. Already sure? We skip straight to booking.
Intake session
We go through what therapy involves, confidentiality, and what to expect. You complete a consent and information form beforehand. At the end of this session payment is arranged and you receive access to your personal client portal. You choose individual sessions or a package, whatever works best for you.
Goal setting
In your first full session we set goals together. These stay flexible and we revisit them regularly so the work always reflects where you actually are.
Ongoing sessions
Regular, confidential sessions, usually weekly. Each session builds on the last. Progress is tracked and we adjust as we go.
Ending well
When you are ready to close, we do it intentionally. We review what has shifted, what to carry forward, and how to continue. The ending is part of the work.
Therapy and tarot are offered as two distinct services and serve different purposes. Therapy is a professional, evidence-informed process focused on emotional wellbeing, mental health, relationships and personal development. Tarot is offered separately as a spiritual and reflective practice for personal insight and exploration. Tarot is not used as part of therapy unless it is specifically discussed, requested by the client and considered appropriate within clear professional boundaries. You are not required to hold any spiritual beliefs to access therapy.
Investment
Clear and upfront.
No online payment is taken through this website. Payment is arranged directly once your intake session is confirmed.
Concessions: A small number of reduced-rate places are available for those who genuinely cannot afford the standard rate. Please raise this on your free call.
Therapy FAQs
Good questions to ask.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Everything you share stays private within clear legal and ethical limits. I explain these fully in the intake session before we begin. I will always tell you in advance if I am ever obliged to share information.
How many sessions will I need?
It genuinely varies. Some people come for a focused period of 6 to 10 sessions. Others stay longer. We review regularly and you are always in control of how long we work together.
What is the difference between the intake session and a regular session?
The intake session is longer (75 minutes) and covers the therapy agreement, confidentiality, goals, and portal setup. Regular sessions are 45 to 50 minutes and focus entirely on the work.
Can I contact you between sessions?
For non-urgent matters you can message through your client portal. Sessions are the primary space for the work itself. I do not provide crisis support between sessions.
What if I want to stop?
You are never locked in. You can choose to end at any point. When you feel ready to close, I recommend we have an ending session together so we can close the work properly rather than just stopping.
Do you offer couples therapy?
Yes, using the Gottman Method. If you are considering couples sessions please raise it on your free call and we will talk through whether it is the right fit.
What if I cannot afford the standard rate?
A small number of reduced-rate places are available. Please raise this on your free call and we will see what is possible.
How do I get in touch?
Through the website, email, or social media. Whatever feels easiest. There is no wrong way to reach out.
